The service

Verdict reads public sources about a startup idea you describe and produces a graded research report with linked sources. The report is AI research. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and a score is an estimate, not a promise about how the idea will do.

Your account

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. Keep that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can use your account. One person per account. You must be at least 18.

API keys you create for the MCP connection act as you. Treat them like a password and revoke any key you think is exposed.

Payment

Every purchase is a one-time payment handled by Creem as merchant of record. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy; a starter scan is credited against a deep report bought within 30 days.

Refunds follow the refund policy: a 14-day guarantee, once per customer.

Your content

Your idea stays yours. You give us the permission needed to run it through the research engine and store the result for you. You confirm you have the right to submit what you submit.

If you turn on a share link, you are publishing that report; make sure it contains nothing you need to keep private.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful content, probe or overload the service, resell reports as your own research product without an agency pack, or use the MCP connection to automate scans you have not paid for.

Availability and changes

We may change features, prices for future purchases, or these terms. Reports you have bought stay available to you. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a report.
