Refund policy
Pay once, no subscription. If a report is wrong, we fix it or refund it.
The 14-day guarantee
Within 14 days of buying a deep report, a pack or an agency pack, tell us what the report got wrong. We re-run the affected sections and, if the report is still not right, refund the purchase in full to the card you paid with. The guarantee applies once per customer.
What is not refunded
The $1 starter scan, because its full price is credited against a deep report bought within 30 days.
Reports or re-checks you have already used from a pack, beyond the one guaranteed report.
Disagreement with a score on its own. A score is an estimate; a refund is for errors of fact or a report that failed to run.
How to ask
Email TODO(ask): legal contact email from the address on your account with the report link and what is wrong. We answer within 3 business days. Refunds are issued by Creem, the merchant of record, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
